We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist – Lead Generation Focus who will execute campaigns with accuracy, follow proven SOPs, and proactively collaborate across departments, while also having the potential to improve and refine systems over time.
You’ll work closely with our existing Google Ads Manager who has been with the team for over 3 years and knows our systems inside and out. Together, you’ll follow our proven framework while supporting client success at scale.

As a Google Ads Specialist – Lead Generation Focus, you will execute and optimize campaigns across 70+ Google Ads accounts and 30+ Local Service Ads accounts with our Google Ads Manager. Your primary responsibility is flawless execution and optimization within our established systems, while contributing ideas to refine processes over time.
Build campaigns using templates and SOPs in Google Ads Manager and Ads Editor.
Perform weekly and monthly optimization routines (negative keywords, search term analysis, budgets, ad assets, keyword additions, bidding strategies).
Run QA checklists before launching or editing campaigns (geo settings, match types, naming conventions, conversion actions).
Maintain accurate documentation and task updates in ClickUp.
Implement and verify tracking with WhatConverts using established processes.
Generate reports in Looker Studio with performance insights.
Manage Local Service Ads tasks (budget pacing, category checks, verification checks).
Collaborate proactively with SEO and client success managers to align performance with business goals.
Suggest SOP refinements based on test results or recurring patterns.
At least 1 year of experience managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (non-ecommerce).
Proven ability to execute with precision and detail orientation (zero critical errors in recent work).
Strong analytical skills for search term review, pacing, and campaign adjustments.
Proficiency with: Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, ClickUp, Slack.
Ability to follow SOPs exactly while identifying opportunities for refinement.
Excellent written English for ad copy, documentation, and cross-team communication.
