The Role
Run client communication and retention for exterior‑cleaning businesses inside a clear, repeatable framework.
You’ll lead structured Zoom calls, set expectations, explain results in simple language, and keep clients focused on the plan while the delivery team handles the campaigns.
Key Focus Areas
Run onboarding and kickoff calls for new clients. Set clear expectations, timelines, and what success looks like.
Hold regular Zoom check‑ins. Explain results, seasonality, and next steps in plain English.
Manage a portfolio of about 30–50 clients and spot early signs of risk before they escalate.
Lead save and cancellation calls. Find the real reason a client wants to pause, walk through the numbers, and explain what happens if they turn things off.
Turn client feedback into clear tasks and updates for the delivery team using ClickUp.
Follow existing SOPs for onboarding, communication, escalation, and churn prevention.
Help create and improve simple SOPs, checklists, and decision guides so every client gets a consistent experience.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
100% fluent English (spoken and written) with a clear, neutral accent for US/Canadian clients.
3+ years in client‑facing roles (customer success, account management, or similar).
Experience in a marketing agency or online service company is a strong plus.
Comfortable managing 30–50 SMB clients at the same time.
Strong with systems, SOPs, and checklists – you like operating inside clear frameworks.
Calm under pressure and able to say “no” respectfully when needed.
Confident on Zoom and in email with non‑technical, blue‑collar business owners
