As an Appointment Setter on our team, you will be the first voice prospects hear, responsible for re-engaging leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-value strategy sessions for our sales team.

What We Offer:

The Role

This is not a passive sales role. You will be actively calling, following up, and turning interest into booked strategy sessions. In this role, you will:

  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to qualified prospects.

  • Use provided scripts while adapting naturally to build rapport and qualify leads.

  • Follow up with leads who have gone cold to re-engage them.

  • Handle objections confidently and professionally.

  • Log calls, notes, and outcomes in our CRM (GoHighLevel) in real time.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a full and quality pipeline.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Appointment setting, call center, or outbound sales experience is required.

  • 100 percent fluency in English with a clear and neutral accent.

  • Ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving forward.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to hit daily activity targets.

  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.

  • Familiarity with CRMs. GoHighLevel is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.
